AI Engineer (LLM & Agents)
Design, build and ship AI agents, RAG systems and LLM-powered features that run in production for our clients — from first prototype to monitored, reliable deployment.
What you’ll do
- Build AI agents and assistants that use tools, APIs and company data to complete real tasks
- Design retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines: ingestion, chunking, embeddings and vector search
- Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI and Claude into web, mobile and back-office systems
- Write evaluations and guardrails to measure quality, cost and safety before and after release
- Work directly with clients to turn business problems into practical AI use cases
What we’re looking for
- Strong Python skills and experience building APIs or backend services
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, prompt design and at least one agent or RAG project
- Familiarity with vector databases and embedding models
- Good understanding of data handling, privacy and production reliability
- Clear written and spoken communication
Nice to have
- LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar frameworks
- Voice AI or speech-to-text experience
- Cloud deployment on AWS
